Thanksgiving Tablescape

My favorite part of preparing for a holiday is setting the table. My table is ready for Thanksgiving. I headed over to Hobby Lobby the other day and found some things that were 80% off.  This pumpkin and leaf handled bowl were two of the pieces I purchased.

Since things were so highly discounted, I bought 3 of the leaf bowls. So I have the green one in the above picture, one in brown below

and this one in red.

I also found this figurine for my foyer tablescape.

I had a problem with this ceramic pumpkin though. There were black monograms you could use to personalize it. They didn't have an "A" left, so I used a different monogram in another department.  When I took the sticky part off, some of the paint came off. So I took the monogram off and this is how it came out.  I decided to give it a stressed look, so I took more of the paint off with the sticky backing from the monogram.

I found this fall garland at Michaels.

I made a table runner with another table cloth so the centerpiece wouldn't get lost in the leafy table cloth.

We'll be using my Williams and Sonoma linens, Wedgewood china and Lenox glasses and utensils.

Happy Thanksgiving to you!
